The Gtech City Lowstep Electric Hybrid Bike is perfect if you’re looking for a reliable solution for your daily commute or fancy a bit of leisure riding with an electric boost. With a 200Wh battery offering up to 30 miles of power assistance on a single charge, this bike will more than cover the average commute. The slimline battery feeds its power through a high torque built-in rear hub motor that can propel you to speeds of up to 15mph!  Its easy to read LED display will tell you how much charge you’ve got remaining, keeping you informed. The battery is easily removed from the frame for charging. and is fully recharged from flat in just 3 hours. An inbuilt computer measures your pedalling speed, adjusting the power delivered, giving you a boost when needed. Riding the Gtech City is very simple, you pedal to go faster and brake to slow down. There are no confusing gears to worry about, simply pedal and you are on your way. One of the best things about this bike is that there is no oily chain as it has been replaced with a clean carbon belt drive as used on high-performance motor cycles, meaning you will stay clean on your commute.

Motor:

The Gtech City is built around a 36v high torque motor built-in to rear hub electric motor system, cleverly integrated into the rear wheel. The system allows you to choose from two cruising speeds at the touch of a button, or simply turn off the power and ride it like an ordinary bike. As required by law, the motor will automatically stop assisting you once you achieve a speed of 15mph.

At the heart of the Gtech City is their latest Lithium-ion battery, the same lightweight, high performance technology used to power electric cars! With a battery capacity of 200Wh and a range of up to 30 miles per charge it is ideal for a leisurely ride or for your daily commute. The battery is removable and re-charges from flat in only 3 hours!
