The Tortec TRANSALP is specifically designed for bikes with disc brakes. Easy and quick to mount to 26" and 700c bikes. The rear rack is made from lightweight 10mm alloy tubing and with additional lower pannier mounting rails, it's easy to attach a rack pack without interfering with pannier hooks.
