The Shimano BB-RS500 is a complete press-fit bottom bracket assembly for Shimano HollowTech II road chainsets.
The Cups are made from fibre reinforced polymer material which reduces the risk of frame noise and damage.
The bottom bracket is compatible with press fit road frames that have a shell width of 86.5mm and a shell diameter of 41mm, this is referred to as the BB86 bottom bracket standard.
