The Voodoo brand was created just over 20 years ago with the simple aim of providing bikes that connect us to the outdoors. Upgraded for 2025, the Nzumbi is specially designed for 9+ year olds with a 26" wheel, improved design and an impressive specification that's perfect whether your child's new to riding or is an aspiring mountain bike racer already leading off-road adventures.

Voodoo DNA

The Nzumbi isn't just a junior mountain bike - it's carefully designed to excel off-road.

That's why many of its features can be found on Voodoo's adult mountain bike range, providing your child with everything they need to develop their skills.

Every aspect of the bike is designed to be modern and up to date with current trends, including a lightweight, junior-specific frameset that incorporates technology trickled down from the adult mountain bike range and is robust enough to handle any knocks as your child learns with a new frame platform with increased standover, revised geometry, updated tube profiles and 1 - tapered headtube for future fork upgrades. And as we all know, a frame has got to look good too - and the Nzumbi doesn't disappoint! A cool graphite grey colour scheme will ensure your kid looks cool on their new ride.

Pedal power is supplied by 1x by Shimano CUES drivetrain that's intuitive, easy to maintain and provides reliable performance whether on your local trail or on a family adventure. Combined with the rear cassette, there's enough gears to get up the steepest hills.

Just as impressive are the hydraulic disc brakes that provide reliable stopping power in all conditions, so you can be confident your child is in safe hands.

Considered componentry

Every Voodoo mountain bike is designed for and tested in the UK - and this includes carefully chosen junior-specific componentry. As a result, the Nzumbi is ready for a range of adventures, from family rides to off-road trails.

Keeping the Nzumbi firmly planted, the bike-s equipped with high-volume, performance WTB folding tyres that provide plenty of grip. This grip is enhanced by a Suntour suspension fork which also has a lock-out that disables the suspension for easier pedaling when riding on the flat or uphill.

All of this contributes towards a ride that-s capable, but just as importantly, lots of fun! So much fun that the family cycling adventures can last all day - and when they do, a special mountain bike saddle will keep your little one comfortable.
