<span itemprop="description">The bag includes a 2lt water bladder within the price.
The space for extra stuff is just the right size for essential for a long run/ride eg:
Snacks
Extra tubes
Tool kit
Pump
Only thing that may need to be changed in the future is the mouth valve as mine leaks slightly just after drinking.
Also the stomach straps could do with being thicker or have extra padding as they can feel like a piece of string digging in, though I don't need to use it anyway.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is an excellent hydration pack. I have used it on rides up to 100km and now don't even need to carry extra water. The pack is so comfortable you hardly notice it and you can carry a small picnic in it too.
The hose was a little too long, but it can be cut shorter with a sharp knife.
I am only surprised that, in the month since I bought it, the price has doubled from £15 to £30, but there's marketing for you . . .</span>
