The RD-RX822 is available in 2 versions - GS (Medium cage) or SGS (Long cage), use GS for 10-45T cassettes and SGS for 10-51T cassettes, both options are designed to be used with Shimano 12-speed MTB cassettes, and the chain tensioner has an ON/OFF switch for easy wheel removal.
