<span itemprop="description">Tried two of these couple days ago for bike ride,had 2 within hour,all seemed fine,then few hours later very bad stomach,sickness lasting day and half,researched side affects on these gels and alot of people suffer severe sickness and stomach upsets,so be warned,have now been told use jelly beans,jelly babies for same effect without the sickness or boiled sweets for same energy boost,just don't eat all the bag of sweets in one go:)</span>
