Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Bought and paid over £300 on 12 July for a bike for my sons birthday due to be built and collected today for his birthday tomorrow. Phone call last night to say bike is at shop but won't get it for 6 - 7 days. Went to shop today wasn't able to speak to manager. Was told there was a backlog to get through. Appreciate this problem, however why accept order , payment and tell customers when to expect bike to be ready. Not acceptable to be phoned night before it and for shop staff to shrug shoulders and say " everyone in same boat". Now have very upset disappointed son. Should have been told sooner , surely on system how many products bought, to be built etc. Very annoyed and disatisfied customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 12 days waiting for bike to built I ordered a bike in store 1/7/20 after queuing for an hour as website wasn't working when I tried to order with cycle to work authorisation code. Bike I wanted was reported to be in stock. I am still waiting to hear it's ready for collection (I am an NHS key worker). Tried to get assistance from online chat (robot) with no success. Can't get through on phones at any time, either store or customer services. Was advised eventually through live chat that they can't access details of orders made in store. Ridiculous, even in current climate. Phones can be forwarded to workers working from home and all orders must link on with mainframe database. Was told blue would be ready for collection within a week but have had no contact or response to e mails.
