<span itemprop="description">I returned the massage cushion as the massage mechanism was really lumpy and uncomfortable, it dug into my back. Also the heat function wasn’t even warm. Disappointed.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Not as padded, not as vigorous, and controls that you have to look at to operate. The older version was a real quality product, I would still recommend this product but was hoping for more.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought as I spend a lot of time driving and have a bad shoulder for which I'm awaiting surgery. Not particularly securely fitting to the car seat but worse still, broke within the first week of use. Just wouldn't switch on so definitely don't recommend. Waste of money even in the sale.</span>
