Evaporators work in a similar way to a condenser and can be found in the passenger compartment of your car, unlike a condenser which is located behind your car’s radiator. They work by cooling the surrounding area using a refrigerant fluid fluid , and as this process takes place, the liquid begins to heat up and turns to gas. An evaporator will also double up as a dehumidifier, removing other impurities such as dust or pollen.
