The CRO 10w40 is a competition running in oil for test bed running of up to four hours. The oil consists of an advanced formulation of high-quality solvent refined mineral oils fortified with special low volatility components and appropriate additive treatment.

• Protects highly stressed components while speeding up the bedding in process

• Additive technology enables full load runs for short bursts

• Viscometrics ensure that even though the additive system performance is strong, the pistons can achieve satisfactory boundary lubrication for bedding purposes

Application:

• The CRO 10w40 has been designed for use in test bed running and light operational duties up to 500 ml/800 kms. It's suitable for modified petrol and diesel engines, and has been formulated to meet the needs of professional engine builders.

• The optimum temperature for the oil is 85-115°C and it has very low leak down (4%) after controlled text bed running.
