The Hammerite Direct to Rust Metal Paint Smooth Finish Blue provides a durable, corrosion-resistant decorative coating for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, certain plastics and wood. It gives a brilliant gloss finish that will retain its sheen for years.

Hammerite Direct to Rust Metal Paint is a high VOC content gloss finish. A washable product which cannot be thinned and is applied by brush or roller. Gloss is a tough, durable high sheen finish for wood and metal, providing good resistance to knocking and scuffing.

Can be applied over most previously painted surfaces without an undercoat. On new surfaces apply over the top of a suitable primer and undercoat. Suitable for exterior use. Touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours. because of its special 3 in 1 formula, there is no need to use a primer or undercoat which saves your precious time!
