Rated 1 out of 5 by from Paid to make my bike safe ... that didn’t happen Halfords feedback I dropped of my bicycle on a Saturday 20 July to get it checked and as there was an issue with the back wheel and I wanted to make sure the bike is safe, the team offered the gold service which I took. I also asked for the basket and stand to be fitted (I got both from your shop). I was then told the person that services the bikes works Monday to Friday and I could probably collect my bike on Wednesday 24 July, but I should call before as it may not be ready. Indeed on Wednesday I had a missed call (no voice massage) and when I called back (twice, first time no one picked up) I was told the person that probably called me went home so I should call tomorrow. I did, and again no one picked up. I decide to go and collect my bike on Saturday 27 July with hope it’s all done. On 27 July When the bike was brought from the back, it turns out the single foot stand didn’t hold the bike, so I asked for that to be change and the basket to be fixed. I was then told to come back later to collet it. So I did, returned at 5pm after waiting in yet another long line and getting the bike. At a glance everything looked good so I paid took my bike. My mistake was the I did tested... instead I went to get groceries (shop is next door) and than headend home. At that point it turned out my breaks are making an obscene amount of noise and I can’t go back to get it sorted as the store is closed. I was hoping to get this fixed the next day. Unfortunately, as it later turned out my steering dropped as it wasn’t fixed properly! Thank goodness I wants on the road as the sudden drip could have caused an accident! I had to walk with the bike for over 3miles to get home. I’ve reported this to you on the day of the incident and I sent you a video with my steering. I’ve been than advised you will respond within 5 days and if didn’t happens - it’s now 6 August and NO ONE responded, yet you’ve been very happy to charge £153.00 for your services... Also, the double bike stand that you installed isn’t fixed properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service! My air conditioning needed a boost as it wouldn't cope when the temp soared to 38C last week or so. So I popped in my local Halfords in Hounslow late afternoon. The lady at the till was very helpful and got a staff to check my air cond. I didn't have to wait long. I got it topped up in 10mins without fuss. Luckily, there was also a discount offered at the time. Very pleased with the service - air con holding well so far. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing service I had my car’s air con unit re-gassed on what has been the hottest day of the year so far. Needless to say others had the same idea! When I arrived my details were taken and I was put in the queue. I was kept updated on how long it would be before my turn (as it turned out not too long) The re-gassing took just a few minutes and I’ve enjoyed a cool car ever since. Highly recommend the Hounslow branch - quick courteous service from knowledgable staff.
