The A/C Pro Advanced Digital Gauge eliminates guesswork with guided commands to take you through the recharge process, and provides prompts specified to your vehicle’s situation. It features an easy-to-read LCD digital display for fast and accurate readouts, as well as an ergonomic trigger dispensing mechanism for easy, convenient, and accurate recharging. The gauge diagnoses if a recharge is needed. It identifies the current low-side pressure in the system, and determines increases in pressure during the recharge process. The 24" long braided charging fits into any hard to reach low-side ports. The quick connect coupler on the end helps to make recharges fast and safe.

Compatibility:
  • Compatible with the EZ Chill Auto Air Conditioning Recharge R-134A Gas
Instructions for use:
  • STEP 1: FIND THE PORT
  • Do not start the engine. Always connect and disconnect with the engine off
  • Locate the A/C low-side service port. You will not be able to connect to the high side port in error
  • Unscrew the dust cap and connect the trigger dispenser
  • If reading is zero, this indicates there may be an abnormal leak on the system. Do NOT attempt to add refrigerant. Seek professional advice
    STEP 2: MEASURE
  • Start the engine
  • Set A/C to maximum cooling and allow to run for 3 minutes
  • Check that the A/C compressor is running by either listening or watching that the clutch is engaged
  • Check the gauge reading and refer to chart below
    STEP 3: CHARGE
  • Remove coupler from port with engine switched off
  • Screw container into trigger dispenser – do not overtighten
  • Follow detailed instruction on recharge container
  • Reconnect the coupler to the low-side port and restart the engine
  • Squeeze the trigger to charge to the level shown on chart below
  • Release trigger every 10-15 seconds to check pressure
  • Always wear gloves and safety goggles
  • Keep out of reach of children
