Bike Build
I bought a bike for my grandson online and was pleasantly surprised at the short time I waited to have it built and ready for collection. Staff were curteous, eager to assist and answer my questions relating to accessories without pushing for a sale.

Partook in the governments scheme to repair a bike, I understand that covid has brought about a lot of chaos but the fact it took over a month to get an appointment for such a large company was a bit much.
Then upon receiving the bike back the handlebars were still loose in the position I had notified them of and the tyre hadn't been inflated.
This was also not helped by having to wait nearly an hour just to be served and a few times I tried calling never getting an answer.
all in all not the greatest service all over

Repairing my mike
It was the worse experience ever that I had. My bike is worse than before, plus 2 other things that before it was working normally and suddenly they gave back. And the funny thing is coincidentally was after when I make a complaint at head office about the manager customer service who treated me like a *****. I’m giving 1 star because of Andy (store manager) and Daron (who I first contact) such a great professional who tried to fix again but my bike still doesn’t work as before anymore. I’m very disappointed :/(

Outstanding Service
I went into Halfords today and I received such a high level of care and attention. The acting store manager worked on my bike, gave sound advice and ensured I went away happy. Even in theses strange times, some people still go the extra mile. Outstanding.
