Friendly and extensive store
Side light bulb failed, so a visit to Congleton store proved a great option, rather than driving over to my Volvo dealership

Replacement Headlight bulbs
Went to Congleton store to have new Headlight bulbs fitted. The Technician told me £8.00 each. I asked him if that was it he confirmed £16.00 for the 2 bulbs. When I went to pay, I was told the bill was £35.90 I queried this but was told that was it. I confronted the Technician and told him I was extremely unhappy. He apologised for misleading me. The manager was interviewing. Later that day I contacted customer services who were sympathetic but told me I should have taken it up with Manager. To charge £35.90 to fit 2 Headlight bulbs is a total disgrace, a total rip off. I would never have had them fitted if I had been told the truth to start with. Halford should refund me £19.90. I will never use Halford again for anything.
