<span itemprop="description">Easy to fit and use. A very simple device, both as a security device and to stop your car battery going flat if not in use for a while. Saves having to mess about disconnecting the leads from the battery. Good idea to use if going on long holidays or for classic cars that are not driven much. Also ideal where your car battery has a mystery drain which cannot be diagnosed or is very expensive to rectify.
The fused bypass lead is also handy as it allows enough electricity for alarms, doors and car radios to function if this if is needed by you. Other similar devices elsewhere do not always include this lead. Please remember the fuse will blow as designed if you try to start the car whilst the device knob is in the off position so keep a few spare in the car.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This item is advertised as fitting all batteries. It does not as the hole in one end was too large for the battery in my car and the adjustment insufficient to tighten on the + stud. Similarly, the other end was not suitable for the cable terminal. Returned the item for refund.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Glad i bought this. Our camper van engine battery kept going flat and needing recharging due to some sort of leak/drain. This isolates the battery so it can't happen. Didn't bother with the connector/fuse link to allow current through for the radio etc. I did watch a Youtube video to make sure i knew what i was doing but basically anybody can fit this if I can. Once fitted you can switch power on or off with a turn of the knob.</span>
