    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great car seat, overall very happy with purchase. Due to the low cost I wasn't sure what the quality would be like but i wasn't disappointed. Its really nice quality, well padded and sturdy, easy to install and my 2 1/2 year old loves it. Going to buy another for grandparents car. The only thing I would change would be the buckle strap length, its quite low next to the crotch but once my child is older I will remove the comfort insert and this probably wont be much of an issue at all.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nicely padded car seat I bought this car seat for occassional use by my grandaughter, a tall 3 year old. Her uncle bought the same car seat. We both have Fiestas, mine is a Finesse 2002 model and her uncle's is a slightly newer model. We tried other car seats at Halfords, of a similar price, but this one, which was ordered in for us, was the best fit for our cars. It is nicely padded and feels secure. It is also very upright with no adjustment so it might not be practical for long journeys when a child would want to sleep, or for a very young child. Seems perfect for shorter journeys. My grandaughter is very comfortable in the seat and likes the cup holders.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, sturdy seat This is a great car seat, and has worked as a brilliant bridge between the younger child car seat and the older booster seat by having the three point harness function as well as the ability to remove the straps. It is nicely padded and my child looks comfortable, whilst enjoying having a more grown up seat. It was really easy to install, and the instructions are clear for modifying it as your child grows. My child’s favourite feature is the double cup holder!

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Child's car seat So far a great product. Granddaughter finds it comfortable so no tears. It's difficult to get the harness clasps to fully insert easily into the mechanism. The front clasp also is very close to the child's body adding to the difficulty.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toddler car seat Love this car seat simply because of the 2 cup holders which can be pushed back into the seat when not needed or when more space is needed. Was sick of my newly turned 3 year old constantly asking for his drink. It’s very well padded easy to use. Would def recommend. Woukdnt use it for a young baby as it doesn’t recline so sleeping position wouldn’t be good although I can’t imagine why you would buy it for a baby anyway. Most suited for the toddler stage.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Older child only Bought for our 15 month old. The neck/head support is way too high and will not move down any further, although it would go up for an older child. Otherwise easy to fit in car, cheap, and looks good. We will buy another class 1 car seat, and keep this as a spare until our son has grown.

Once you've sent us your old item we'll check it over, and then refund you the full surcharge as long as everything is ok.

Before you return your old unit please make sure it's in re-serviceable condition. So if you're returning caliper casings, you'll need to double check they aren't badly damaged or broken. If the part you've sent is found to be unserviceable, we reserve the right not to refund the surcharge.

Please note that if you're returning your old unit to our National Returns Centre then this will be at your own expense.
