What a really good service!
I had a headlight bulb blow late on a Saturday evening and from previous experience I knew it was a tricky access to change the bulb. It was a dark miserable cold night and I needed both headlamps so I took the car to Halfords, 20 minutes later I drove off with two headlamps and the price was reasonable. The guys that did the job were great!

Fast, friendly service
I bought a headlight which I arranged to have fitted too. Till staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The fitting staff were brilliant, really efficient, polite and welcoming.

Outstanding service.
I bought a new battery and had it fitted the same day at the Basingstoke store. The price was good but more importantly the service of the fitter was just amazing. Highly recommended

poor customer service
my partner was told what window wipers to buy from what you would hope was a trained staff member to only find he had given her the wrong window wipers. to then be told that she was not allowed to return the wipers 20 mins after buying them because she opened the pack to fit them outside the shop. disgusting service and under trained staff. Will use other shops now

Vauxhall vectra headlight fitting .
The man who fitted my bulbs was a lovly bloke, friendly to my autistic son and fitted them within 3 minutes, the wait for a little bit long as they had 2 staff in store which was ridiculous other than that it was all good.
