Battery Fitting
Battery was dead and after getting a jump start from breakdown recovery drove straight to nearest store and was able to get battery replaced immediately.

Too much time waiting and not sure what they did
I think the problem are not coming from employees but yes from the employer. It looks like they have to work to much so then they dont have the time to work on time or at least explain to the customer why the prices of the fixing has increased or what is more important explain then what was is done once the customer accepted.
