Fit for purpose
Quality product more than I wanted to pay but when I looked elsewhere not much difference in price didn’t want to order on line in case they were wrong fit and would have to return and all the hassle that can cause fitting very good no complaints an expensive item but that’s what you pay

I tried to ring the store on numerous occasions to see if there were any ladies bikes in stock but there was no answer from the cycling dept. We therefore called in and were looking at cycles when one of the team on Friday pm walk past and gruffly said there are no bikes and none for two weeks! He then walked away. Despite the website listing bikes due in next week. There was no explanation, no attempt to get us to go back or explain what might be available. We were both disgusted with the attitude and have no intention of entering one of your stores again.were we looking to spend £100 on a basic bike or £6k on a top electric bike? You will now never know. I gave one star as it would not let me put zero.
