Battery Fitting
I bought a new battery for my vehicle with fitting included, the fitter had researched the fitting of the battery to my vehicle, as I had been in the store the previous day to check they had the right battery and were capable of doing the job.

shocking customer service
i had to return to store because the bulb wasnt working i was met with very stroppy an agrumentive assistant called mia first try acuse me of lying then ended with nothing else i can say
