Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a bike for my 7 year old boy. The staff took time to make sure my son chose an approproate bike, measured his head for a new helmet and built the bike with all the add ons i paid for. I was able to collect the bike a few days later. Fantastic customer care as always. Well done guys

disappointed with the increase in cost
I took bicycle wheel in to depot to get a new front axle supplied and fitted. I paid £20 up front by card at assistant's request, he said it would probably cost less but difference would be refunded. when I collected a few days later the assistant (different one) advised I had to pay a further £11. which was a bit disappointing,- however the service was good and staff very polite.
