Poor service
I brought my bike into the store for a rear wheel replacement after it was damaged, to be told it will take a week for the repair. After ringing up multiple times due to no one contacting me with regards to when my bike will be fixed I eventually collected my bike 20 days later to be told originally the wrong part was ordered. The service was very poor throughout as I had to chase the company on several occasions even though I was told I would be called when my part came into stock and when it would be ready to collect. This did not happen which was very frustrating! I would not recommend using the repair service unless you plan to not have a bike for a long time and don’t expect to be updated when your bike is ready to collect.

Excellent
The young lady proactively called me back to ask me permission to adjust my gears as they were of and needed to be adjusted I had in fact forgotten to ask.
No longer struggling to change gear really grateful.
Her customer service was excellent. When I went to collect there was a queue rather than making me wait too long she asked a colleague from the back office to serve. Best serve I have recieved from any Halfords.
Would come back.

Not very good experience
I had to repair my kid's bike brake. His bike care plan expired during the early part of the lockdown which meant that I had to pay separately for the service + I was told that I am not able to renew the care plan because it's been a few weeks over the anniversary. I felt quite unhappy with the situation because the circumstance was beyond my control.
