Highly recommend Nigel at the Redditch store!
Nigel fitted a bulb on my car and did a 10 point check as part of us joining the motoring club. He was really friendly and knowledgeable-I know who I’ll be asking for if I need any future assistance.

Top staff in the bike hut!
Great service. The guy who served me was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was really struggling with the tightest fitting 29er tyre in the world; and I'm not a bike repair rookie..... i've done loads for years!. ( FYI it was a halo twin rail)
So, I took it down to Halfords Redditch, early doors. The lad behind the counter had barely started up the cash register before I was bothering him. Great bloke and literally took 5 mins to sort out the issue. Many Thanks to you as I was going on a cycle into Birmingham a bit later that day and was under pressure to sort my bike out! Top Job.

Lovely cycle dept staff
Upgraded my son's bike, traded in the old one for a fair price. Have had all three of my son's bike from here, best Halfords branch around, will never go anywhere else. However, they need a bigger payroll budget as there is always a queue and this does distract slightly from the amazing service from the team, but do book on line and you will avoid this.

Purchased replacement VW wipers. Enquired which set I needed at cash desk, and the staff member found the correct type and arranged for one of her colleagues to fit. In/out in 15mins. Thank you
