Saved a mum who knows very little about bikes!
Son's bike tyre was flat so took it in. I was prepared to have to book it in, return another time (even day!) or...well, I just wasn't sure what! In reality, we showed them our situation, staff said straight away the outer tyre looked fine, it was just the inner tube and they could have it sorted in about 15 mins. Braced myself for the cost but was pleasantly surprised - only £14. And it was done before the 15mins. In short, same day turnaround, trustworthy staff and a fair price for the service provided. So happy, I've already booked a proper service check. Thank you for helping out a busy and less-than-knowledgable-about-bikes mum in distress!

Number plates
I strongly suggest that you upgrade your website. It states clearly that to have number plates made you need proof of identity. When I drove to the Llansamlet store I was told that a V5 form was also required? Nothing on your website to inform customers of this! Staff polite as usual but you need to upgrade your website to inform customers that this form is required to save them wasting time and petrol to be refused service.
