Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bike department staff Rude, patronising, disinterested, uncommunicative, dismissive took it in for one thing - got quote and then a couple of chase up phone calls (when you could eventually get through) later all these other things suddenly wrong with a brand new bike bumping up the cost which was rather eyewatering Apparently the bike had been 'used' - yep it was a bike bought to be used not ornamental Uckfield staff much MUCH better

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Air-con Re-gas On 22/04/19 Halfords (Eastbourne) re-gassed my air-con ahead of a long drive to Scotland. The re-gas didn’t appear to work and I posted a review on Halfords site on 14/05/19. (Transaction id: 0859001063615220419 / £50). Halfords contacted me shortly after posting the review and kindly offered me another attempt at their store in Greenock free of Charge. 20/05/19 attended the store in Greenock and met with Suzanne the Manager who couldn’t have been more helpful. The operative connected the gas tube and went through the procedure. After the procedure the air-con was turned on and again there was no cold air coming from it. It was naturally assumed that the was a more serious problem with compressor. A decision had to be made by me as to whether it was worth investing in a new system given the age of the vehicle and now living in Scotland. 02/08/19 MOT became due and I asked the garage to examine the air-con. The garage simply recharged the unit, (putting a dye into the refrigerant), and all appeared to work as normal and has done since 02/08/19. Naturally I am annoyed at spending £50 with Halfords and not getting the desired outcome. I have seen a few reviews on the net to the effect that the simple air-con top-up with a Gas ‘tube‘ can turn out to be disappointing. I would therefore recommend the Halfords review their air-con recharge process to ascertain if there is a problem and either upgrade the equipment or cease the practice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Customer Service I have been looking to buy an electric bike and went along to this store to see what was available. Jake and Karl were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, both very knowledgeable, give me lots of advice, and answered all my questions. Customer service was great. Both a credit to the store. Thank you for your help guys.
