Terms and Conditions for the Bike Build Service
When a customer purchases a bicycle from Halfords they can also opt for the Halfords Bike Build service for the sum of £15.00 (the "Bike Build""). When purchasing a Bike Build the customer will receive 10% off cycling accessories and/ or bicycle parts, redeemable at point of purchase, and a complimentary bicycle check, to take place within six (6) weeks following the Bike Build (the "Offer").
- The Offer is only open to customers who have purchased the Bike Build (the "Customer"). The Offer will be communicated to the Customer at the point of purchase of the Bike Build
- The Offer is organised by Halfords Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0DE, company number 00103161 ("Halfords").
- The Offer is open from the date of the Bike Build and ends at 23:59pm six (6) weeks following the Bike Build or receipt of the Offer Email (as defined below) (the "Offer Period").
- By proceeding with the Offer, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Offer entitles the Customer to receive 10% off cycling accessories and/ or bicycle parts when these items are purchased in the same transaction and a complimentary bicycle check (the "Bike Check") when redeemed within the Offer Period.
- The Customer is required to provide an email address in order to receive an email (the "Offer Email") enclosing the booking request for the Bike Check.
- When the cycling accessories and/ or bicycle parts are purchased within the same transaction as the Bike Build, the Customer will receive the 10% discount at the time of purchase. If the Customer purchases the Bike Build online via the Halfords website at www.halfords.com, the Customer is required to add the discount code ‘BUILD10’ onto the Halfords website after selecting the option to purchase the Bike Build. If the Customer purchases the Bike Build in store, the Discount will be applied automatically at the point of purchase.
- Within three (3) weeks following the Bike Build, the Customer will receive the Offer Email to allow them to book the Bike Check. To book the Bike Check, Customers are required to make a booking online via the Halfords website at www.halfords.com and will be required to select a suitable date and time slot for the Bike Check to take place at one of Halfords stores. Customers are also able to book the Bike Build by making a booking when attending a Halfords retail store prior to receipt of the Offer Email.
- The Offer is only open to the Customer and can only be redeemed once.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Halfords reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Offer and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Offer subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, participating customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
- Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will only be used to administer this Offer, unless consent is provided otherwise. Halfords Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is available at www.halfords.com. - The terms and conditions for this Offer are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
