Your renewal date and subscription type are displayed under the ‘My Account’ section when logged in https://membership.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/my-account. Please make yourself aware of the renewal date as Day Out With The Kids do not offer refunds if the subscription is not cancelled and renewal payment has been automatically taken. A renewal reminder will be sent by email to the account’s registered email address 5 days prior to the payment being taken.
You can change your membership to an alternative plan at any time by visiting the ‘My Account’ area within the membership. Please ensure any alterations to your subscription are actioned at least one day BEFORE your renewal date. If you would like to cancel your membership you must visit https://membership.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/my-account and follow the ‘Manage Membership’ journey. If you have any issues with this process, then please email our team at membership@dayoutwiththekids.co.uk and they will respond with an email confirming your membership cancellation.
