A Class 10 rating means at least 10 MB per second write speed, which is considered the baseline for good recording without any dropped frames. Faster speeds like UHS are needed for higher resolution recording, like 4K or dual-camera recording, as more data is written per second.
However, capacity refers to how much footage can be stored before footage is recorded over. The more GB, the longer the video history available. For example, a 32 GB card may give you a few hours of footage while a 128 GB micro SD card offers much more.
