Schwalbe Clik Valves With Pump Head Adapter

  • No pressure loss when inflating

  • Very easy for everyone to use

  • Can be operated with just two fingers

Schwalbe Clik Valves With Pump Head Adapter

  • New Schwalbe Clik Valve adaptor.

  • Fits most pumps with Schrader valve attachment.

  • Easy click on attachment to Clik Valve.

  • Two Schwalbe Clik Valve replacement valve cores included.

  • Easy conversion in minutes.

  • Option for Presta (SV) or Schrader (DV).

  • The Schwalbe Clik Valve can also be inflated with most conventional Presta compatible pumps. All you need is the pump head adapter, which can simply be plugged into your existing pump. It is then clicked onto the Schwalbe Clik Valve. Handling is intuitive and inflating the valve is child's play. No risk of air loss and no signs of wear on the pump head.

It's finally here: the long overdue development that makes inflation easier for everyone! The SCHWALBE CLIK VALVE (SCV) is the revolution for bicycle valves and solves problems that have existed for over a century.

In terms of usability SCHWALBE CLIK VALVE could not be easier - inflating your bicycle tyres is now as simple as a click! It can be operated with just one hand making it suitable for everyone.

For presta valves (traditional narrow bicycle valve) the valve core must be removeable, then it is simply a case of replacing the existing Presta valve cores with the new Schwalbe Clik Valve valve core. Then attach, with a simple click, either the Clik Valve pump head adapter or the replacement pump head that replaces the existing pump head on the hose of your track pump. Then you are ready to inflate your tyres the easy way.

Good to know:

  • Reverse compatibility: The Schwalbe Clik Valve can also be inflated with normal Presta (SV) pumps (Although a pressure reading cannot be obtained without using the Schwalbe Clik Valve head).

  • Conversion kits for all common bicycle valves (Presta and Woods/Dunlop and adapters for Schrader [car valves]) are available.

What is better?

  • It can be operated with just two fingers and is extremely simple for everyone.

  • There is no longer any risk of air loss.

  • The air seal is very durable.

  • The air flow rate 50% higher than with conventional Presta (SV) valves.

  • The pump head does not screw on so there is no risk of cross-threading and inadvertently unscrewing the valve core.

  • There is no stiff and difficult clamping lever to operate.

  • The compact size of the Schwalbe Clik Valve pump head means easier use on small wheel bikes with little room between the spokes.

  • Unlike a Presta valve, there is no small captive release nut that can easily be bent, broken or seize up due to corrosion or dried sealant.

Clik Valve FAQ:

Q: Can the Schwalbe Clik valve be fitted to any bike?

A: Yes, the Schwalbe Clik Valve can be used on any bicycle. We offer conversion kits for the three common bicycle valves (Sclaverand (Presta), Dunlop/Woods and car valve). A prerequisite for the Sclaverand (Presta) valve is that the valve insert is replaceable. Tubeless valves can also be converted very easily.

Q: Is the Schwalbe Clik valve compatible with Aerothan TPU Tubes?

A: The Schwalbe Clik Valve insert is not compatible with valve stems made of TPU or plastic. A sufficient seal is not 100% guaranteed due to the plastic deformation. Schwalbe is currently working on a solution for the compatibility of the Clik-Valve with the Aerothan tube and is expected to present it at the beginning of the season in spring 2025.

Q: What do I do if I don't have a Clik valve pump when I am out and about?

A: The valve can also be inflated with most normal SV (Presta valve) and DV (Woodsd/Dunlop valve) pumps.

Q: Air escapes when the pump head is removed. What does this mean?

A: Only air escapes from the pump or the pump hose. Absolutely no air is lost from the tyre, and the tyre pressure is exactly the same as the pressure gauge on the pump.

Q: When do I know that the pump head is securely seated on the valve?

A: When the pump head is audibly and tangibly engaged, it is securely seated and remains on the valve without any problems, even at high pressure.

Q: How do I release air?

A: To release air, you can use one edge of the dust cap. A fingernail, a key or any other small object will also work.

Q: How do I remove the dust cap?

A: In contrast to conventional dust caps, the Clik Valve dust cap is not unscrewed but pulled off.
