The Stan's Original DART Tubeless Repair Tool is a compact tubeless tyre repair kit designed to repair punctures and cuts too large for tubeless sealant to seal on its own. Suitable for mountain bikes, gravel bikes and road bikes with tubeless tyres, the DART Tool helps riders quickly repair tyre damage and get back on the trail or road without the need for an inner tube. Lightweight, durable and easy to carry, it's an essential addition to any tubeless puncture repair kit.

Updated for 2025, the Original DART Tool features a new stainless-steel insertion rod for improved durability, alongside Stan's latest DART repair plugs that create a secure mechanical and chemical bond with Stan's tubeless sealant for a long-lasting repair.

Unlike traditional tyre plugs adapted from automotive repairs, Stan's DART technology was developed specifically for tubeless bicycle tyres. The flexible woven repair material conforms to irregular punctures caused by rocks, thorns and trail debris, creating a more effective seal than conventional repair plugs.

Each DART is treated with a proprietary reactive solution that works alongside Stan's Rolled Gold, Original and Race Day Tubeless Sealant to create both a mechanical and chemical bond inside the tyre.

Designed for fast trailside repairs, the compact tool weighs just 15 grams and stores easily in a pocket, saddle bag or backpack. The integrated Presta valve core remover built into the handle also makes it easy to remove the valve core and top up sealant using either Stan's 60ml or 120ml Original Tubeless Sealant bottles, making the DART Tool a practical addition to every tubeless repair kit.
