It is also compatible with recessed cleat SPD shoes, for safe and comfortable walking when you’re off the bike.

The PD-ES600 is compatible with recessed cleat SPD shoes - that means the cleat is flush with the outer sole. It makes walking easier and safer. When you stop at the coffee shop during your ride, you won’t have to worry about slipping over or sounding like you’re wearing tap shoes.
