A Truly Sustainable Range:

In line with end user expectations and Valeo's commitment to sustainability, especially to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, Valeo InfiniumTM range has been designed in the light of these guidelines. Valeo decided to favour European sourcing: 100% of Valeo InfiniumTM is made in France. Compared to a classic Asian sourcing, this enables to reduce transportation and CO2 emissions while supporting European economy and know-how.

Valeo is willing to reduce plastic production and consumption to focus on more sustainable-oriented solutions. On this topic, packaging is key. Valeo has then developed an eco-designed packaging, 100% cardboard and 100% recyclable, made from recycled wood fibers (for the products made in Europe) and printed with water-based or soy-based inks to ditch the common use of solvents.

Valeo also pushed the packaging sizes optimization to the limit to avoid transporting air. By the use of some types of rubber like Valeo VisioRubberTM, Valeo tends to reduce the part of rubber made of petroleum-based materials.
