Frame & Fork

Using Boardman's flagship C10 grade of carbon fibre, the SLR 9.2 delivers a 5.7-watt saving vs the previous generation. In short, more speed and distance for the same effort!

In addition to its aerodynamic efficiency, the SLR offers increased bottle and storage capacity, utilises SRAM's Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) standard, and includes hidden mounts for full-length guards. These design improvements allow you to securely carry everything you need for longer rides, ensure hassle-free hanger replacements and makes switching to a wet weather setup simple and painless.

Groupset

The Shimano R7170 105 Di2 groupset takes performance to the next level with its advanced electronic shifting. Wheels & Tyres

The SLR 9.2 rolls on an Alex Rims alloy wheelset and features 12mm through axle hubs with low resistance sealed bearings, double butted spokes and tubeless ready rims, optimised for wider road tyres.

The Goodyear Eagle Tubeless compatible road tyre offers race inspired performance across a wide range of conditions. Featuring top-level technologies, the Eagle road tyre is perfect for riders looking for performance and dependability with excellent puncture protection in either a tube-type or tubeless-ready configuration.

Finishing Kit & Upgrades

A Prologo Scratch M5 saddle has been chosen for its versatile size, shape, and ergonomics. Its rounded shape allows for natural pelvic rotation, providing lumbar support while distributing pressure more evenly. Pairing the saddle to the frame is a D-Shaped Boardman carbon seat post, as used on the flagship 9.8. This post improves compliance over a conventional round alloy post and offers weight and aerodynamic benefits thanks to its material and profiling.
