Elevating the shift, expanding the capability, the SRAM X01 Eagle Rear Derailleur 12 Speed, Red features an updated cage architecture, to provide better chain management than ever. The X01 Eagle™ rear derailleur works with the new 10-52t cassettes and is backward compatible to also work with 10-50t options. As part of the new Eagle™ Colorsystem, it comes in X01 Eagle™ master colorway to go perfectly with any color cassette and chain a rider wants.

The SRAM x01 eagle 12-speed rear derailleur connects the system, driving precise gear changes across the entire cassette with a titanium spring and forged aluminium body. This little derailleur, like SRAM's 11-speed offerings, borrows a ton of technology from its flagship xx1 sibling to create a budget-friendly, clean-shifting ride experience. The roller bearing clutch, long admired for its nearly unrivalled chain stabilization, has been updated with a repositioned upper pulley and a larger lower pulley to accommodate the extra chain length required to run such a diverse range of cogs. It efficiently manages chain tension to eliminate derailleur bounce and chain slap for a solid, noise-free ride when combined with a strengthened clutch.
