The Renthal FatBar Lite V3 31.8mm is a lightweight, trail-focused aluminium MTB handlebar designed to combine low weight, strength and durability. Constructed from high-strength 7 series aluminium, it uses an optimised taper tube construction and shot-peened finish to provide a durable handlebar for trail riding, XC and Enduro racing.

With a 760mm width, proven 7° backsweep and 5° upsweep, and 10mm, 20mm, 30mm or 40mm rise options, the FatBar Lite provides a range of cockpit setup options.

Trail Weight

The FatBar Lite is designed to remove excess material while retaining the strength, durability and flex characteristics of the FatBar Lite design. At 270g, it provides a lightweight aluminium handlebar for trail riding through to XC and Enduro racing.

Trail Geometry

The FatBar Lite uses a 760mm width with a proven 7° backsweep and 5° upsweep combination. It is available in 10mm, 20mm, 30mm and 40mm rise options, allowing riders to select a suitable handlebar position.

High-Strength Aluminium Construction

The FatBar Lite is constructed from high-strength 7 series aluminium. The material and specific heat-treatment processes are selected to provide strength and durability. The optimised taper tube construction helps achieve the required balance of low weight, strength and durability.

Shot-Peened for Increased Fatigue Life

Millions of tiny steel shot are blasted at high velocity at the FatBar Lite, creating a textured surface finish. This shot-peening process significantly increases the fatigue life and durability of the handlebar.

Hard-Anodised Finish

The FatBar Lite features a hard-anodised surface treatment designed to provide greater abrasion resistance than standard anodising and help maintain the handlebar's appearance.
