Stanley Fatmax 5m/16' Classic Tape Measure

  • Class II accuracy
  • Wide 32mm blade makes reading the numbers easy and improves blade standout up to 3.35m for easy one person measuring
  • Blade Armor coating on the first 100mm reduces the risk of breaking the tape by 95%, whilst Mylar coating delivers up to 10 times more resistant to abrasion
  • 3 Rivet end hook 40% stronger than a 2 rivet hook construction, specially designed hook grabs on side, top or bottom for versatility
The Stanley Fatmax 5m/16' Classic Tape Measure with Blade Armor has been designed with Class II accuracy ensuring readings shown are accurate and precise. The Tru zero end hook moves accordingly to compensate for accurate inside and outside measurements. The Blade Armor is an additional material that is added to the first 3 inches of the tape. This is the area that is most susceptible to blade damage, reducing the risk of breaking the blade by 95%. The Mylar coated blade is up to 10 times more resistant to abrasion than normal lacquered blades, increasing the lifespan of the blade. The bi-material shock resistant case has been engineered to withstand shocks and knocks offering greater blade protection. The 3 rivet design end hook is 40% stronger compared to 2 rivets making the overall tape more durable and improving the overall life of the tape.
