The easiest way to return an item which has been delivered, is to pop into your local store.

A full refund on a bike purchased can only be issued if the bike is unused. Any indication of wear will be deducted from the refund.

We'll process your refund within 30 days.

Once it's all done on our end, it's over to your bank. They'll usually take 3-5 working days to pop the funds back into your account.

If you are returning an item, either because it’s not suitable or faulty, we offer the right to a refund. During the refund process, we take your name, address and postcode. This is part of our Refunds Policy and is designed to protect our customers by preventing and detecting criminal or fraudulent activity. All information is stored in accordance with the GDPR.

If you require a refund for a purchase made using a non-Halfords gift card, this can be refunded in the form of a Halfords gift card for the equivalent amount. The only exception is the One For All card where the refund can be transferred straight back onto the card. Our standard returns policy applies in all cases.
