    Prepare for your appointment. Before your booking, please read any pre-appointment guidance provided. If required, leave your vehicle keys and locking wheel nut in a safe place inside the vehicle so our technician can access them on the day.

  • What happens on the day?

    Look out for your arrival update. On the morning of your appointment, we'll send you a communication confirming the time window in which your technician is expected to arrive.

    Make your vehicle accessible. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location where our technician can carry out the service.

    Have everything ready. Make sure you've read any pre-appointment guidance and have your keys and locking wheel nut available (where applicable) to help your appointment run smoothly.
