The Park Tool HCW-5 is a double-ended wrench designed to fit lockrings found on cup-and-cone bicycle bottom brackets. One side features a single hook, the other side features 3 notches for better engagement in the lockrings. Heat-treated and nickel plated for a lifetime of use.

The universal single hook end will fit most notched lockrings with an outer diameter of 43 to 46mm.

The three-hook end will fit 3-notch lockrings with a maximum outside diameter of 46mm, and minor diameter (in the notches) of 40mm.

NOTE: The HCW-5 is designed for bottom bracket lockrings. For fixed gear lockrings, use the HCW-17.
