The ST-4720 right hand 10 speed lever is compatible with any of the rear derailleurs listed below:

• Shimano Tiagra RD-4700-SS short cage 10 speed rear derailleur

• Shimano Tiagra RD-4700-GS medium cage 10 speed rear derailleur

• Shimano GRX RD-RX400 10 speed rear derailleur
