Shimano's Rapidfire Plus Deore XT shift lever delivers light and responsive front shifting for improved control out on the trail. The new I-SPEC EV lever offers a wide range of adjustments including increased lever slide range.

Compatibility:

The SL-M8100 left hand shift lever is available in two options, either band on clamp or I-Spec EV. The band on clamp option mounts directly to the handlebars in the traditional way. The I-Spec EV option allows the shift lever to be mounted directly to any I-Spec EV compatible brake lever, this includes any of the brake levers listed below:

• Shimano XTR BL-M9100 brake lever

• Shimano XTR BL-M9120 brake lever

• Shimano XT BL-M8100 brake lever

• Shimano SLX BL-M7100 brake lever

• Shimano Deore BL-M6100 brake lever

The benefits of Shimano's I-Spec EV system over the traditional band on clamp design include a cleaner cockpit and a wider range of adjustability with rotational and sliding adjustment on offer.
