Chicco has developed Bebecare Easy Technology, an essential safety system to ensure maximum safety for your child avoiding spending unsafe extended periods of time in the car seat and being left unattended in the car. Brand New & Exclusive to Halfords, the Chicco BebeCare Easy Technology is the essential safety system to ensure maximum safety for your child and providing ultimate peace of mind for parents.

The car safety accessory is the universal safety sensor that can be used on any car seat to detect where your child is at all times through a two stage safety alarm system. Simply attach the Chicco BebeCare Easy Technology onto the car seat shoulder pads or harness system of the car seat.  Parents sit the child inside the car seat, buckle them and insert the Chicco BebeCare Tag inside the case and close the case to activate the device. If during your car journey the child is left unattended in the car, a first stage alarm will be triggered lasting 40 seconds to alert the driver / parent. If the first level alarm is not deactivated, the Chicco BebeCare APP will send an alert SMS message with the last GPS location of the car to the wider list of pre-set contacts to alert them to resolve the situation. Please Note: Integrated sensors and accessory use the same APP, so parents can manage these products simultaneously.

The Chicco Bebecare Easy Technology accessory also measures the amount of time the child has been sitting in the car seat, without a break, to help avoid any breathing or higher heart rate problems which can be caused by babies spending extended periods of time in a car seat. The Chicco Bebecare App will alert parents if their baby has been sat within the car seat for an extended period of 30 minutes continuously.

Chicco Bebecare Easy Technology will connect with Chicco BebeCare APP via bluetooth. At the end of the car journey, when parents de-buckle the child, open the BebeCare Easy-Tech case and the system is deactivated. The Bebecare App is easily installed onto your smart phone. Once installed, a family account can be created including an emergency contact list for the app to notify in case of emergency.




Please Note:

The app comes pre-loaded with 15 free text messages. Once the 15 free text credits have been used, new text credits can be purchased through the app for 20p per text credit.

In the case of an emergency, (if child is left unattended in the car and the alarm sent initially to the user’s phone is not deactivated) text messages are sent to 3 emergency contacts from a pre-set list that the user has created.

The app must have a minimum of three text credits loaded to function.
