Sanded it off and used UPol insteadDate published: 2016-01-06Rated 1 out of 5 by Bones1380 from Won't even spray Dreadful, shook the can for about five minutes. it sprayed for about 5 seconds and then blocked the nozzle, tried another nozzle off a different can and the same. What did come out was so thin and watery it wouldn't of filled much.Date published: 2015-05-26Rated 5 out of 5 by STu69 from black headlights Decided to spray my headlights on my Mondeo black took them apart keyed ready to prime it covered well laid a few coats down and finish off with halfords matt black spray came out really wellDate published: 2015-05-18Rated 2 out of 5 by ScottR from Not very good at filling even the smallest imperfections The adhesion of this filler primer is good, as is coverage, but where it's let down is the filling aspect. Not ideal for a filler primer. The first time I tried to use this product I must have laid it down to thickly in a single coat, and when dry, the piece I was priming ended up looking like it had varicose veins - see pics! (the surface had been keyed smooth with 800 grit wet&dry and cleaned off with alcohol). I tried to use proper filler to sort that out, but in the end there were so many of these cracks of various sizes I used wet and dry to remove most of it and started again. As you need to wait 24 hours before you use wet&dry, it means you could spend days getting it right! I had hoped this product would help cover small imperfections such as very small chips (talking <1mm depth here). It didn't. (i've used this on a few different pieces, both plastic and aluminium (etch primer used on the bare alu underneath the filler primer). The only use this has is it's colour, as it's easy to see when you've rubbed any small bumps down flat through the primer. I've eventually ended up with a good result on the finish, but it did take literally 4 goes of this filler/primer followed by wet&dry followed by another coat, etc. Next time i'll just use a normal primer, as this didn't fill a single imperfection.Date published: 2015-05-13
