Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrendous service Went into the Huddersfield store to purchase a subwoofer they had displayed in store, confirmed with member of staff that it had a built-in amplifier hence did not have to buy separate amp, booked car in for fitting. Arrived on day of booking on time, had to sit and wait over 15 minutes beyond appointment time and had to go back to the service desk to remind them that I am waiting and given some garbled excuse that the fitter has fallen behind on previous fitting. Suggested that they take the car key and I'll leave the car for when he can do my car and got a taxi home to wait for a call that the car is ready, I had taken the day off work. An hour later I get a call to be told that the subwoofer does Not have a built-in amp and worse still they do not have a compatible amp in stock and even worse no other store has any in stock and worse still, their main warehouse do not have any in stock. I was told the sub woofer can be fitted if I source a compatible amp on-line through ebay (why the store could not do that, is beyond me). I returned to the store getting another taxi and the initial member of staff who told me the sub had a built-in amp was present and when I complained that he gave me mis- information causing me to waste a lot of time and a day from work, this person blatantly lied to my face saying he did not tell me that and argued with me about it even when considering the fact that why would I book the car in for fitting without buying a compatible amp to run the subwoofer, that would make no sense. That member of staff continued to deny what he told me and very rudely just blanked me and told me to take back my key and LEAVE!!! No consideration that I had paid for the subwoofer and fitting!!!? I have never been treated so badly and adding insult to injury and not only not getting what I paid for but being out of pocket in missing a day of work which I do not get paid for but also out of pocket for 2 pointless taxi fares.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy bulb replacement The staff member changed a rear bulb in the cluster, expertly removing the unit ( it was a bit tricky) all done in 10 minutes. Very happy.
