Carefully considered design combined with Boardman's high-modulus C10 Carbon has yielded a frame tough enough for rough rides, but with a painted weight of 990g including all frame hardware. Excellent ride comfort is achieved with bow-curve seat stays and seat tube cut out allowing movement of the rear axle and seatpost, absorbing impacts and vibration.

The geometry provides stability with slackened head angles and a low 73mm BB drop, but short stems still offer agility when needed. Long top tubes allow an efficient road position for linking up off road sections or long-distance rides on tarmac.

With clearance for 42mm 700c tyres, hidden mudguard mounts and multiple mounting points for bottles and accessories inside the front triangle as well as under the down tube and on the top tube, there's huge scope to customise the ADV 9.4 for however you want to ride it.
