What is a Bike Performance Check?

Keep your new bike riding comfortably with our free Bike Performance Check.

We recommend booking this in around six weeks after your initial bike build to make sure everything still feels right, answer any questions you may have, and fine tune the setup so your bike continues to feel comfortable and enjoyable to ride.

During the first few weeks of riding, parts like cables, bolts and contact points will naturally settle in. The Performance Check simply gives us a chance to make small adjustments, check your setup, and make sure you’re happy with how your bike feels.

What's Included?

During the performance check, we’ll:

  • Optimise saddle, pedal and contact point positioning if required
  • Assess overall setup and make minor performance adjustments to suit your riding style
  • Talk through your riding experience and answer any questions
  • Take the opportunity to re-check brake performance and cable tension
  • Advise on upgrades or accessories to enhance your ride

It’s a quick, friendly check in to make sure your bike is still set up perfectly for you. If you’d like any tweaks or advice, we’re here to help you get the most out of every ride.
