The KEO Grip Cleats have a TPU layer on the shoe side which prevents the risk of cleats sliding on carbon soles. The grip version are fitted with front and rear elastomer pads, they offer a safe and reassuring foothold on all ground or floor surfaces which makes those short walks and cafe stops all the more easier.

The cleats also feature a memory positioner which allows you to replace your cleats without losing your exact foot position. All you need to do is unscrew the old cleat - leaving the positioner in place - and clip the new cleat on, using the positioner for reference.

The cleats come in 3 options with varying degrees of float with each option identifiable by the colour of the cleats, either black, grey, or red - black=0°, grey=4.5° and red=9°. "Float" refers to the freedom that the foot has to rotate from left to right when the shoe is clipped into the pedal. The more float your cleat offers, the less your foot will be locked into a fixed position when pedalling. Available here with 9° degrees of float which offers the maximum amount of movement in the pedals, this is an ideal option for cyclists that are new to clipless pedals or anyone that's less confident in setting the cleats up correctly because there is more room for error. The red cleats are also a good choice for cyclists with knee issues, past injury troubles or riders that lack flexibility - more float reduces stress on the joints for a more comfortable ride."
