<span itemprop="description">Went down in the middle of the day , saw the receptionist and told her the problem - that it seemed a bulb was on the way out - someone came to me straight away - said it was the bulb and needed replacing - they replaced the bulb there and then - easy to take out but a bit fiddly to put back in - but nothing was too much trouble and they made sure it was done properly so I could get on with my day - cant thank the guys enough for there professionalism and happy customer care.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought these a month ago to replace cheap Chinese bulbs bought from eBay and they are perfect. They give an excellent spread pattern and good illumination of the road at night time.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Called in to buy this and get it fitted. It took Halfords 2 minutes to remove the old one and 2 hours to try and put the new one in. They still couldn’t do it and told me I had to take it to a garage and sent me on my way with no bulb and the Hid ballast box in my hand. They said they only had one bulb in stock and they broke it. So, the next day I went to another Halfords to buy another as they were a good price so I could get a garage to re assemble the fitting and put the bulb in. The chap at the other Halfords said he could do it after hearing what happened. He done it in ten minutes. But nothing worked. He said it looked like the other shop had damaged the unit. Now, it’s Xmas eve and we have a headlight fitting in bits and not working!</span>
